Online Research Survey - Perspectives on Using Cannabis-based Medicines as Treatment for Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in the UK

The survey consists of short-answer questions, yes/no questions, and questions which will ask you to respond on a scale of 1 to 5. The survey should take roughly 5-10 minutes to complete.

Responses will be completely anonymous and will not be shared with third parties.
